under a KRA-based service delivery model .
Our Operations-as-a-Service model exists for MSME owners who do not run
the framework themselves. Onsite staff provided by Arquantis.in perform business operations
on behalf of the client , using Arquantis SOPs, reporting discipline, and measurable KRAs.

What this role means for you
You will join a structured delivery system where Arquantis assigns clients, defines SOPs,
and evaluates delivery through KRAs. Earnings are pay-for-performance.
Arquantis expects client-site presence , process discipline, data accuracy,
and outcome ownership. If you want titles without accountability, this is not for you.
